June 2, 2015 – After May testing, its always nice to take the weekend off and get refocused for a hard training week ahead. I was lucky enough to get invited by another Hockey Canada teammate, Courtney Birchard, to visit her in Florida. I am so glad the timing worked out perfectly with both our busy schedules. I had an absolute blast! It was great to lay out in the sun, check out the beautiful beaches, and catch some fish. The weather wasn’t lower than 32C and our days were never cut short with rain.
