Players: JW9 High Intensity Camp is designed to make each player live outside their comfort zone. My job is to provide you with the opportunity to become a more dynamic puck handler, challenge you to trust your edges, and put you in situations to improve your decision making process.
Goalies: Each day you will have a 1h goalie session. You will be challenged by the work load of station work (competing against the players) & one station will be set up for 1v1 training. We want goalies committed to improving the details of their game and possess a strong work ethic.
